Description
"The Giant of Debt never forgets a favor."
Among the oldest members of the Burden Family, the Giant of Debt measures life through obligation and repayment.
Unlike the Ledger Keeper, which records what is owed between travelers, the Giant focuses almost entirely on what the traveler owes others.
Every kindness becomes a debt.
Every gift becomes a burden.
Every opportunity becomes a loan.
The Giant rarely attacks through force.
Instead, it convinces travelers that they must continually earn their right to exist, rest, succeed, or pursue their own path.
Many travelers report feeling trapped beneath expectations that were never explicitly spoken.
Others discover they have spent years repaying debts that no one actually asked them to repay.
